Terms of sale: Trainaq exercise video library

1. Who sells

The Trainaq Exercise Video Library is sold by MyGymDesk Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U62013TS2026PTC213750), which owns and operates Trainaq, with its registered office at Flat J705, Aparna Sarovar Zicon, Nallagandla, Serilingampally, Hyderabad - 500019, Telangana, India ("we", "us").

2. What you buy

You buy a licence to use the videos and the data file of the plan you choose, and a download of those files. The licence says what you may and may not do with them. You do not buy ownership of the files, and the Library is a download, not a hosted service: once you have the files, you host and serve them yourself.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown on the Exercise Video Library page and at checkout, where you see the total before you pay.

• Buyers in India pay in Indian rupees. Prices are shown before GST, and GST at 18% is added: CGST and SGST when your place of supply is Telangana, IGST otherwise. The place of supply is the state of your GSTIN if you give one, otherwise the state of your billing address.
• Buyers outside India pay in US dollars. The sale is invoiced as an export of services, with no GST. Your bank or card issuer may add its own conversion or foreign transaction fees.

There are no subscriptions or renewals: each purchase is a one-time payment.

4. Payment

You pay through Razorpay Checkout. Your purchase is confirmed only when Razorpay confirms the payment to us. We do not see or store your card or bank details.

5. Delivery

As soon as the payment is confirmed, we email download links to the address you gave at checkout: one for the ZIP of videos and one for the data file on its own. Each link works for 7 days and for up to 5 downloads. The same email has a link to your My downloads page, where you can ask for fresh links (up to 3 times a day). Please keep a copy of the files once you have them.

If the email does not arrive within an hour, check your spam folder, then write to us.

6. Updates

For 12 months after your purchase, updates to your plan's videos and data file are free, through My downloads.

7. Refunds

All sales are final. The videos and data files are delivered digitally as soon as your payment is confirmed, so purchases are non-refundable and can't be cancelled. Before you buy, you can download the free sample (10 videos with the same data file) to check the format and quality. If a file is faulty or missing, email support@trainaq.com and we'll replace it.

8. Invoices

Every purchase gets an invoice, emailed with your download links. Buyers in India get a GST invoice that shows your GSTIN if you gave one, so you can claim the input tax credit. Buyers outside India get an export invoice in US dollars.

Check your details at checkout: the name, company and address you give are the ones on the invoice and the licence.

9. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
