Delete your account

Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account yourself at any time. It takes effect at once.

Trainaq (clients)

• Open Trainaq and tap your picture on Today to open More.
• Tap Delete account, read what will be deleted, type DELETE and confirm.
• You are signed out, and your account and personal data are deleted.

Trainaq Coach (coaches and team members)

• Open Trainaq Coach and go to More.
• Tap Delete account, read what will be deleted, type DELETE and confirm.
• If you own a coaching business, deleting your account deletes the business, its client records and its running Trainaq plan. While other team members are still active, remove them from the team first.

Can't open the app?

Email support@mygymdesk.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Trainaq account", and say which app you use (Trainaq or Trainaq Coach). If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm from the account's address or number before we delete anything, so nobody can delete your account but you. We confirm within 7 days and delete within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Clients: your profile, intake and check-in answers, measurements, progress and check-in photos, workout, food and habit logs, health and fitness data from Apple Health or Health Connect, your messages and media, your AI consent and your sign-in. Your coach keeps only anonymous totals (for example how many workouts were completed), with nothing that identifies you.
• Coaches and team members: your profile and sign-in. An owner's deletion also deletes the business and everything in it.
• Kept where the law requires: payment and invoice records, with a deleted client's name removed, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Backups: copies in backups are deleted within 90 days.
