FAQ
Who it’s for FAQ
Can one business have several coaches?
Yes, on the larger plans. The owner invites coaches by link, sets a lead coach for each client and keeps billing, payouts and GST. Each coach sees and coaches only the clients they lead, from their own Trainaq Coach app or the web dashboard. The number of coach accounts depends on the plan you choose.
Do my clients need to pay for anything?
Only for your coaching. The Trainaq app is free for clients on iPhone and Android, and they join with your invite link. They pay you for memberships, sessions or programs, online through Razorpay when your business is in India, or in cash and by bank transfer, which you record in Trainaq.
Does Trainaq replace gym management software?
Not for front-desk work. Trainaq runs coaching, classes, bookings, memberships and payments, but it has no door access, biometric attendance, payroll or self-checkout kiosk. Gyms that need those use MyGymDesk, and class-led studios use StudioFly, both from the same company, alongside or instead of Trainaq.
