Earn with Trainaq: the partner programme

What is the Trainaq partner programme?

The Trainaq partner programme pays you for referring fitness coaches, nutritionists and coaching teams to Trainaq. You share your own link or code; a coach who signs up with it gets 10% off their Trainaq plan for their first 12 months, and you earn 20% of every plan payment they make in that time (10% if you coach on Trainaq yourself).

How does it work?

• Apply with the form on this page. We decide within 3 business days and email you either way.
• Get your link. Once approved, you get a referral link and a code, and a partner dashboard at app.trainaq.com.
• Share it. A coach who opens your link, or types your code when they sign up, is your referral for their first 12 months of payments. A click is remembered for 90 days; the last link clicked counts, and a typed code beats a link.
• Earn. Each plan payment they make earns your share, worked out on what they paid before GST.
• Get paid. After a 7-day hold (30 days for a yearly payment) the money is yours to be paid. We pay once a month, after the 7th, when your balance is at least ₹1,000 or $10; a smaller balance carries over.

What do partners earn?

Commission is earned on monthly and yearly plans, add-ons and upgrades in those months, in the currency the coach paid. A refund or chargeback takes back the commission on that payment.

For Trainaq coaches

You already know what Trainaq does for a coaching business, so you are the best person to recommend it. Coaches join on the same application and earn 10% of what each coach they refer pays in their first 12 months. Your own business, staff and family don't count as referrals.

For creators and influencers

If you teach fitness, nutrition or coaching online, your audience includes coaches looking for software. Share your link in your videos, posts and newsletters, say clearly that you earn a commission, and earn 20% of what the coaches you bring pay in their first 12 months.

For agencies and resellers

If you set up marketing, websites or systems for coaches and gyms, recommend Trainaq to the clients who coach online. The coach signs up and pays Trainaq directly; you earn 20% for 12 months. Billing clients for Trainaq yourself needs a separate reseller agreement.

For training institutes

If you certify trainers or nutritionists, your graduates need a way to run their first clients. Give them your code: they get 10% off their plan for their first 12 months, and your institute earns 20% of what they pay.

What does the partner dashboard show?

Your dashboard at app.trainaq.com shows your link and code, clicks, sign-ups, coaches in their trial and paying, each referral's status, your earnings as pending, available, in a payout and paid, every payout with its statement, and where you want to be paid.

How are partners paid?

We pay monthly by bank transfer in India (in rupees), by international wire transfer or by PayPal. In India we need your legal name, PAN, bank account and IFSC; outside India, your PayPal email or wire details. Trainaq pays the fees of bank transfers in India; wire and PayPal fees are yours.

What are the rules?

• Tell people you earn a commission when you share your link or code.
• Describe Trainaq only with what trainaq.com says; promise no prices or results it doesn't state.
• Don't bid on "Trainaq" in search ads or use it in a domain, app name or social handle.
• No spam, fake sign-ups, cookie stuffing, coupon sites or cash back to the coach.
• Refer new coaches only: not your own business, your staff or family, and not anyone who already pays Trainaq.
