Online payments for coaches, gyms and studios
In India, clients pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay, with GST invoices, auto-pay and dues in one place.
How do clients pay me in Trainaq?
In India, clients pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay, from a payment link or in the Trainaq app, with monthly auto-pay for memberships. Without a Razorpay account of your own, payments go through Trainaq’s Razorpay account and your share is paid out to your bank account; connect your own and payments settle straight to you.
- Payment links and monthly auto-pay for memberships
- GST invoices and receipts
- Dues and failed payments at a glance
- Cash and part payments, recorded with dues tracking
What does Trainaq charge on client payments?
Through Trainaq’s Razorpay account, Trainaq keeps a 3.5% + GST platform fee from each payment, the same on every plan, and Razorpay’s own gateway charge is included in it. On your own Razorpay account Trainaq takes no fee and Razorpay’s own charges apply. Cash and other payments you record yourself have no fee at all.
- Mygymdesk Technologies Private Limited sends you one GST invoice each month for the platform fees of that month
- A payment through Trainaq is refunded by Trainaq support at your request; see the Refund and cancellation policy
Can clients outside India pay online?
Not yet. Online client payments run in India, in rupees, through Razorpay. Card payments through Stripe for other countries are coming soon. Until then, coaches outside India record cash, bank transfers and other payments in Trainaq, with part payments and dues tracked for every client.
Which plans include client payments?
Online payments, GST invoices, memberships and cash and part payments with dues tracking are on every plan. Your own Trainaq plan is billed separately: in rupees plus GST in India and in US dollars elsewhere, and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no card needed.
