How much does Trainaq cost?
Trainaq has three plans: Starter at ₹499 a month for up to 10 active clients, Pro at ₹999 a month for up to 50 active clients and Studio at ₹2,499 a month for up to 200 active clients. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no card needed. GST (18%) is added at checkout.

Can clients pay me through the app?
Yes. In India your clients pay you by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay, including monthly auto-pay for memberships. Through Trainaq’s Razorpay account a 3.5% + GST platform fee is deducted from each payment; connect your own Razorpay account and Trainaq takes no fee. You can also record cash and part payments and track dues.

Does Trainaq work for gyms and yoga studios?
Yes, for small gyms and studios that coach their members. Trainaq runs memberships, group classes with capacity, booking, waitlists and attendance, and 1:1 session booking, and members book from the Trainaq app. Group classes and trainer roles come with the Pro plan; multiple branches are coming soon.

Do my clients pay for the app?
No. Clients download Trainaq for free and join with your invite link. You only pay for your plan.
Does the money go through Trainaq?
Only if you want it to. Connect your own Razorpay account and client payments settle straight to you. Without one, clients pay through Trainaq’s Razorpay account and your share, after the platform fee, is paid out to your bank account.
Will AI message my clients on its own?
Never. Today Trainaq’s AI estimates meals from the food photos your clients take. The AI diet and workout builder is coming soon, and nothing it drafts will reach a client until you approve it.
Can I move my clients from another app?
Yes. Send each client your invite link by WhatsApp, SMS or email; they install the free Trainaq app and land in your space. There is no spreadsheet import yet, so you add clients one at a time.
Which countries do you support?
Trainaq works worldwide. Plans are priced in rupees plus GST in India and in US dollars everywhere else. Online client payments run through Razorpay in India; Stripe for other countries is coming soon.
