Trainaq, the free client app, is where clients train, log food, check in and pay. The web dashboard at app.trainaq.com does the coach side on a big screen.

Trainaq Coach runs your coaching and your business from your phone. The client app gives each client their plan, logging, chat, bookings and payments. The web dashboard covers the coach side on a computer, with drag and drop and tables. Integrations bring in health data, payments, meeting links and food barcodes.

Two apps
Why two apps instead of one app with a switch?
Because coaches and clients need different things. Clients get a simple app with only their own plan, logs, chats and bookings, and nothing that could open a coach screen. You get an app built for running a business, with your team, billing and payouts. Each app is its own download, on iPhone and Android.

Trainaq Coach and the web dashboard are on every plan, and the client app, free for clients, is on every plan. Plans differ by active clients and coach accounts, and a few features start on a larger plan. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and no card is needed.
Accounts
How do sign-in and accounts work in Trainaq?
One account signs you in to Trainaq Coach and the web dashboard. Coaches create it with their email, a code, their name, business and a password; clients join only through a coach’s invite. Everyone signs in with email or mobile and a password, or a one-time code, and Google or Apple sign-in works too.
- No magic links: a password or a 6-digit code, with forgot password by code
- Sign in with Apple on iPhone, and Google, for accounts that already exist
- One login can own or belong to several businesses, with a switcher
- Delete your account in either app, or by email if you can’t open it

Products FAQ
Is the Trainaq client app free?
Yes. Clients download Trainaq for free on iPhone or Android and join with your invite link. You pay for your Trainaq plan, which is priced by how many active clients you coach and how many coach accounts you need. Clients pay only you, for your coaching, memberships or sessions.
Is there a web version of the client app?
No. Clients use the Trainaq app on their phone, where workouts, food logs and habits also save offline. They open a page on trainaq.com only to pay you through a payment link. The web dashboard at app.trainaq.com is for you and your team, never for clients.
Can I get my own branded app?
Not yet; a branded app is coming soon. Today your clients use the free Trainaq app on iPhone or Android, and see your business’s name inside it with their own plan, chats and bookings. The invite link they join with comes from you, so they know who they are training with.
Do the apps work outside India?
Yes. Coaches and clients anywhere use the apps in English, with local date and number formats, time zones, and metric or imperial units. Online client payments run through Razorpay for businesses in India, including international cards from clients abroad; businesses elsewhere record payments until online payments arrive for them.
