What should you check besides the monthly price?
Compare what a plan includes, not only the headline price. Use this checklist:
- How is a client counted: active clients, seats or tiers?
- Is there a client limit you will pass within a year?
- Which features are paid add-ons: payments, meal plans, automation?
- Is the client app free for your clients?
- Does the trial need a card, and what happens when it ends?
- Is annual billing cheaper, and can you pay monthly?
- Does it cover nutrition, habits, check-ins and reminders in one place?
