How is a Trainaq theme different from a template you download?
A downloaded template is a design full of sample text that you replace by hand, host somewhere and keep up to date yourself. A Trainaq theme is filled from your own business: your packages, prices, classes, coaches and locations, with enquiries going where you follow them up. You edit words and photos, never code.
| A downloaded template | A Trainaq theme | |
|---|---|---|
| Words | Sample text you replace | A first draft from your answers |
| Prices and packages | Typed in, and retyped when they change | Read from Trainaq, kept current |
| Class timetable | A static table or a separate tool | The next 14 days, from Trainaq |
| Hosting and HTTPS | Yours to buy and set up | Included, on a free trainaq.app address |
| Your own domain | Your hosting’s DNS settings | Once you subscribe, with HTTPS set up |
| Enquiries | A form plugin that emails you | Leads on Pro and Studio, email on Starter |
| Changing the look | Start again with a new template | Switch theme; your words stay |
Trainaq themes are edited in the dashboard with a live preview; there is no HTML download.
Inside every theme
What sections does every fitness website template include?
Every theme has the same sections, each drawn in its own style: a headline, your story, what you offer, your plans with prices, your class timetable, your coaches, a photo gallery, an FAQ, your locations, a closing call to action and the enquiry form. Turn any section off, reorder them, and edit each one.
Headline
Who you help and where, with one or two buttons and up to three photos.
About
Your story, a photo and highlights such as a certification or the year you started.
What you offer
Short points on your method or services, each with an icon.
Plans
Your Trainaq packages with prices; one can be featured.
Timetable
The next 14 days of classes, with “Few spots left” and “Full”.
Coaches
Your team, with the photo, title and short bio you add.
Gallery
Up to 30 photos of your space, classes and clients who agreed.
FAQ
The questions people ask before they start, drafted for you.
Locations
Addresses, phone numbers and map links; on Studio, a page per location.
Call to action
A closing band that sends visitors to the enquiry form.
Enquiry form
Name, phone, email, interest and message, with a spam check.
Get the app
Optional: a band telling existing clients to use the Trainaq app.
Not yet: taking payments or bookings on the site itself (Join and Book open your enquiry form, and you send a payment link from Trainaq), a shop, a blog on your site, more than one language, and free-form page layouts.
Choosing
How do you choose between the templates?
Pick by how clients meet you. If they come for you, choose a personal brand theme such as Persona. If they come online, Ascent. If they come for classes, choose a timetable-first theme: Rhythm, Haven or Zen. You see all 8 with your own content during setup, so the choice is easy to make.

Make it yours
How much can you change in a template?
Every word, every photo and which sections appear, in what order. You can use your own brand colour, add your logo and socials, and choose which packages, classes, coaches and locations to show. Each theme keeps its own layout and fonts, which is what keeps every site fast, consistent and good on phones.
- AI rewrites any single field when you ask it to
- The last 20 published versions are kept, so you can go back
- Desktop and phone previews before you publish
- Your own domain with HTTPS once you subscribe
FAQ
Fitness website templates FAQ
Are these fitness website templates free?
Free to try for 7 days with no card, once per business, then paid: the website is an add-on on Starter and Pro and included in Studio. It is not a free download, because each theme runs on Trainaq and fills itself with your business. Prices are on the pricing page in your currency.
Can I download the HTML of a template?
No. Trainaq themes are not files to download: they run on Trainaq, which is how your packages, prices and timetable stay up to date and how enquiries reach Leads or your email. You get hosting, HTTPS and a free trainaq.app address included, and your own domain once you subscribe.
Can I see a template before I sign up?
Yes. Every theme has a live demo you can open now, each with a fictional business and marked as a demo. During setup you see all 8 again, this time with your own words and packages in them, so you choose by looking at your own site rather than someone else’s example.
Do the templates work on phones?
Yes, every theme is built for phones first. Menus fold away, plans and timetables fit a small screen, buttons are large enough to tap and photos are sized for phones. The pages are plain HTML from a global network, so they load fast on mobile data, and the editor previews the phone view too.
Can I change fonts and layouts?
Each theme has its own fonts and layout, and you change the look by switching theme, which keeps all your words and photos. Within a theme you choose your brand colour, your photos, which sections show and their order. There is no free-form page building, which keeps every site fast and tidy.
