# Build and manage on a big screen. Same clients, same data as your phone.

The Trainaq web dashboard is online fitness coaching software in your browser at app.trainaq.com. Build programs on a drag-and-drop grid, review a morning of check-ins by keyboard and run memberships and payments in tables, with the same account and data as Trainaq Coach on your phone.

Where it works: Web dashboard · app.trainaq.com; The same account as Trainaq Coach on iPhone and Android; Clients use the free Trainaq app.

## What is the Trainaq web dashboard?

It is the coach side of Trainaq in your browser at app.trainaq.com. You manage clients, build programs on a drag-and-drop grid of weeks and days, set targets and meal plans, review check-ins, chat, run your calendar and handle memberships and payments on a big screen, with the same account and data as Trainaq Coach.

- The web dashboard and Trainaq Coach are on every plan. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and no card is needed.
- Runs in your browser, with nothing to install
- One account with Trainaq Coach on iPhone and Android
- Clients never sign in here; they use the free Trainaq app

## Why plan coaching on a computer instead of a phone?

Because some work needs room. A 12-week program is a grid of 84 days, a morning of check-ins is a queue of photos and answers, and a month of payments is a table. On a big screen with a keyboard and drag and drop you get through it in one sitting, then coach from your phone.

- **A program won’t fit on a phone.** Laying out weeks and days one tap at a time is slow. A grid you drag workouts onto is not.
- **Reviews pile up.** A Monday of check-ins needs a queue, the photos beside the answers and a key to move to the next.
- **Admin wants a table.** Memberships, dues and payments are easier to scan, sort and act on with a full screen.

## What is in the Trainaq web dashboard?

Nine sections down the side: Home, Clients, Programs, Nutrition, Check-ins, Messages, Calendar, Business and Settings. Each tab below describes one section in words, and every one of them works today at app.trainaq.com. The owner sees the whole business there, and each coach on the team sees the clients they lead.

### Home: what to do today

Home opens with today’s to-dos: check-ins to review, unread messages, payments due and sessions today, each linking to the client it is about. Below them, client compliance shows how every active client did in the last 7 days, with the quiet and slipping ones first.

- On track: active in the last two days, with a workout or three days of food logs this week
- Slipping: some activity this week, but not on track
- Quiet: nothing logged for a week; a client added this week with nothing yet shows as new

### Clients: one fast table

Every client you can see sits in one table, with a search, status counts, filters for tags, lead coach and whether they have joined the app, and columns you can sort, including who needs attention. Select several clients to change their status or tags at once.

- Profiles with Overview, Program, Nutrition, Check-ins, Progress, Payments and Notes
- Private notes about a client, pinned or edited, never shown to them
- Add a client, invite them and send the intake form again

### Programs: drag and drop weeks and days

Build workouts with 450+ exercise demo videos and your own exercises beside them: drag one in, edit sets, reps, weight and rest in place, link supersets and save with Cmd or Ctrl+S. A program is a grid of weeks × days where you drag workouts onto days and copy a week onto several others at once.

- Add weeks, clear a week, or move a workout to another day
- Assign to up to 100 clients from a start date
- Copy a program from the Trainaq library and make it yours

### Nutrition: targets, meal plans and foods

See the day’s food log of every active client against their targets, and set targets from here. Build meal plans by dragging foods into meals and setting each portion’s amount and unit, with the totals against the plan’s targets. Your own foods sit beside the food library.

- Targets in grams or as a share of calories, with fibre and a note
- Assign a meal plan to many clients at once
- Clients get the targets; the meal plan in their app is coming soon

### Check-ins: review at keyboard speed

The review queue sits beside the open check-in with its answers and photos. Move with J and K or the arrow keys, react and add a note, and the next waiting check-in opens. Forms lists every client’s weekly check-in, and a saved form can be copied to other clients in one go.

- The same four one-tap reactions as the app
- Reviewed check-ins from the last 60 days
- Reorder a form’s questions by dragging

### Messages: every chat beside the conversation

Your direct chats with clients and your groups, most recent first with unread badges, sit beside the open conversation, and new messages arrive live. Attach, paste or drop files, play the voice notes clients send, and, as an owner or coach, make groups and send broadcasts.

- Open any client’s chat from their profile
- Photos, videos and voice notes from the apps
- New messages appear live on screen; pushes go to your phones

### Calendar: the week on one grid

The week’s 1:1 sessions sit on a time grid in your business’s time zone, filtered by coach. Open a session to join, change its link, move or cancel it, or book a session for a client. Availability holds your hours, notice, buffer and days off, and group classes share the grid.

- Copy a day’s hours to other days
- A default Zoom or Google Meet link, or one per session
- Classes once or weekly, with rosters on Pro and Studio

### Business: from memberships to payouts

Business has seven tabs: Overview with this month’s takings, dues and failed payments; Memberships; Plans; Charges; Payments with invoices and credit notes; Payouts for the owner; and Setup, where the owner connects Razorpay and sets GST. Sell a membership online or at the desk.

- Share a payment link by WhatsApp or email
- Record cash, UPI, card machine or bank transfer, in part or in full
- Print an invoice or credit note to PDF

### Settings: business, team, plan and account

Settings holds your business profile, your team with roles and coach accounts, Plan and billing with your plan, usage and invoices, notification settings for your phones, and your password and sign-in mobile number. The owner edits the business; everyone else sees it read-only.

- Invite a coach by link and change their role
- Plan changes open trainaq.com/billing
- A password change signs your other devices out

## What can you do faster on the web dashboard?

Anything with many parts: laying out a program, reviewing a pile of check-ins, changing many clients at once, and working through payments. The web adds drag and drop, keyboard shortcuts, sortable tables and a few tools of its own, such as private client notes and copying a check-in form to many clients.

- **Drag-and-drop program grid.** Drag workouts onto days, or from one day to another.
- **Copy a week onto several.** Build week one, then copy it across the block in one go.
- **Library beside the builder.** Drag exercises and foods straight into workouts and meals.
- **Keyboard shortcuts.** Cmd or Ctrl+S saves; J and K move through check-ins.
- **Bulk changes.** Change the status or tags of many clients at once.
- **Private client notes.** Notes for your team about a client, pinned to the top.
- **Copy a check-in form.** Save one client’s weekly form and copy it to others.
- **Client compliance.** On track, slipping or quiet, from the last 7 days.
- **Book for a client.** Pick the client, coach, length and an open slot.
- **Group classes on the grid.** Classes beside your 1:1 sessions, with rosters. Pro and Studio.
- **Payment links anywhere.** Copy the link or message, or send it on WhatsApp or email.
- **Invoices to PDF.** Print any invoice, receipt or credit note.

the intake form builder, renaming or deleting tags, support tickets and deleting your account are in Trainaq Coach only for now, and there are no revenue charts or reports per trainer yet.

## How do you sign in to the web dashboard?

Go to app.trainaq.com and sign in with the account you use in Trainaq Coach: your email or mobile number with a password, a one-time code sent to your email, or Google or Apple. New coaches can create their account there too. If you belong to several businesses, you pick one first and switch any time.

- No magic links: a password or a 6-digit code
- The owner sees the whole business; each coach sees the clients they lead
- Billing, payouts and payment setup stay with the owner

## What is still only in the Trainaq Coach app?

Four things, for now: the intake form builder, renaming, recolouring and deleting tags, support tickets, and deleting your account. Everything else in this tour works on the web, and private client notes work only on the web. Both read and write the same data, so you can switch between them at any time.

## Who gets the most from the web dashboard?

### Online coaches: A morning of programming and reviews

- Assign to up to 100 clients at once
- J and K through the check-in queue
- Compliance shows who went quiet

## FAQ

### Is there a desktop app for Trainaq?

There is no app to install on a computer. The web dashboard runs in your browser at app.trainaq.com, on a Mac, a Windows PC or any laptop, with the same account and data as Trainaq Coach on your phone. Sign in, pick your business and carry on where you left off.

### Can my clients use the web dashboard?

No. The web dashboard is for you and your team. Clients use the free Trainaq app on iPhone or Android, and open a page on trainaq.com only when they pay you through a payment link. Keeping the two apart means a client never lands on a coach screen.

### Do changes on the web show up in the coach app?

Yes, straight away. The web dashboard and Trainaq Coach read and write the same data, so a program built on the web can be assigned from your phone, and a message sent from either shows in both. New messages appear live on the web, while pushes go to your phones.

### Can I build meal plans on the web?

Yes. Nutrition has a meal plan builder with the food library beside it: drag foods into meals, set each portion in grams, servings or household units, and check the totals against targets. Assigning a plan sets each client’s calorie and macro targets; the plan itself in their app is coming soon.

### Can my team use the web dashboard?

Yes. Everyone on your team signs in with their own account. The owner sees every client, payment and payout and manages the plan; each coach sees the clients they lead and their own calendar. Team members are invited by link from Settings, and coach accounts depend on your plan.

### Can I manage my Trainaq plan on the web?

Yes. Settings, then Plan and billing, shows your plan, its status, client usage, coach accounts and add-ons, and the owner’s plan invoices to print. Changing or paying for the plan opens trainaq.com/billing, where the owner picks a plan and add-ons. The iPhone app shows only the status.
