You only pay for your plan. ### Does the money go through Trainaq? No. Outside India, clients pay online through your own Stripe or PayPal account, in your currency and straight to you, with no Trainaq fee. Online payments are on Pro and Studio; on every plan you can record the payments your clients make you. Businesses in India take online payments through Razorpay. ### Will AI message my clients on its own? Never. Trainaq’s AI drafts programs, workouts and weekly meal plans for you on the web dashboard, estimates meals from your clients’ food photos and, in your weekly digest, suggests an action for clients who need attention. Nothing it drafts reaches a client until you have reviewed and assigned it, and it never sends messages for you. ### Can I move my clients from another app? Yes. Import them from Excel or CSV in Settings → Import Data on the web dashboard, with their plans and payment history; nothing is sent to them during the import. Then send each client your invite link by WhatsApp, SMS or email to join in the free Trainaq app. ### Which countries do you support? Trainaq works worldwide. Plans are priced in rupees plus GST in India and in US dollars everywhere else. Online client payments run through Razorpay for businesses in India, including international cards from clients abroad, and through your own Stripe or PayPal elsewhere.
