# Trainaq pricing in India (₹ + GST)

## How much does Trainaq cost?

Trainaq has three plans: Starter at ₹499 a month for up to 10 active clients, Pro at ₹999 a month for up to 50 active clients and Studio at ₹2,499 a month for up to 200 active clients. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no card needed. GST (18%) is added at checkout.

## Pricing questions

### How does the free trial work?

Every new coach gets a 7-day free trial and can pick any plan during it. No card is needed to start. If the trial ends without a plan, your account turns read-only: you can still sign in and see everything, and nothing is deleted. Choose a plan any time to carry on where you left off.

### Can I cancel any time?

Yes. The account owner cancels at trainaq.com/billing. Nothing renews after that, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your account turns read-only and your data stays. Payments already made are not refunded, except as our Refund & Cancellation Policy says.

### What if a renewal payment fails?

Your plan keeps working for a 7-day grace period. If the renewal is still unpaid after that, your account turns read-only with all your data kept, the same as when a trial ends, until you pay.

### What counts as an active client?

A client who currently has access to your coaching. Archived clients don’t count towards your plan’s limit, and their history stays. At the limit you can’t add new clients until you archive some or move to a bigger plan; your existing clients are never locked out.

### Do the prices include GST?

No. Rupee prices exclude GST: 18% is added at checkout, with a GST invoice. Dollar prices are in US dollars, with taxes added where applicable.

### Is there a fee on online client payments?

When your clients pay you online through Trainaq in India (Razorpay Route), Trainaq keeps a 3.5% + GST platform fee from each payment, on every plan. Razorpay’s own gateway charge is included in it: you pay nothing more. On a ₹1,000 payment the fee is ₹35 plus ₹6.30 GST on it, so you receive ₹958.70. Your share is paid out to your bank account. Mygymdesk Technologies Private Limited sends you one GST invoice each month for the platform fees of that month. If you connect your own Razorpay account instead, Trainaq takes no fee; Razorpay’s own charges apply. Cash and other payments you record yourself have no fee.

### Can I refund a client payment made through Trainaq?

Yes. Ask Trainaq support with the payment’s date and amount, and we make the refund for you. If you refund a client, they get the full amount back. The platform fee (3.5% + GST) on that payment isn't returned. Payments on your own Razorpay account, and payments you record yourself, you refund yourself.

### What is a coach account?

A coach account is a sign-in to Trainaq Coach for you or someone on your team. Yours counts as one. Starter has 1 coach account + 1 assistant: the trainer role and assigning clients to trainers need Pro.

### What is priority support?

On Pro and Studio, your support tickets go to the front of the queue, and a reply within 4 working hours. Working hours are Mon–Sat, 10 am–7 pm IST, except holidays.

### What happens to my data if I downgrade?

It stays. Features your new plan doesn’t include turn read-only, and the screen tells you which plan brings them back. If you have more clients or coach accounts than the new plan allows, they stay too; you just can’t add new ones until you’re within the limit.
