# Trainaq: Coach more clients. Chase fewer messages.

Programs, nutrition, check-ins, chat and payments in one premium app for you, and a beautiful app for every client.

Trainaq Coach is the app for personal trainers, nutritionists and coaching teams. Keep your clients, their plans, their progress and your payments in one place instead of WhatsApp, spreadsheets and PDFs. Trainaq is where you train with your personal coach. Your coach sets your plan; you follow it, log your progress and stay in touch, all in one app.

## The two apps

## Questions, answered

### Do my clients pay for the app?

No. Clients download Trainaq for free and join with your invite link. You only pay for your plan.

### Does the money go through Trainaq?

Only if you want it to. Connect your own Razorpay account and client payments settle straight to you. Without one, clients pay through Trainaq’s Razorpay account and your share, after the platform fee, is paid out to your bank account.

### Will AI message my clients on its own?

Never. Today Trainaq’s AI estimates meals from the food photos your clients take. The AI diet and workout builder is coming soon, and nothing it drafts will reach a client until you approve it.

### Can I move my clients from another app?

Yes. Send each client your invite link by WhatsApp, SMS or email; they install the free Trainaq app and land in your space. There is no spreadsheet import yet, so you add clients one at a time.

### Which countries do you support?

Trainaq works worldwide. Plans are priced in rupees plus GST in India and in US dollars everywhere else. Online client payments run through Razorpay in India; Stripe for other countries is coming soon.
