# Coaching templates and guides, open, editable and printable.

Templates for the paperwork of coaching: a client intake form, a weekly check-in form and a diet chart for your clients, and a GST invoice format, a business plan and a pricing worksheet for your business. Each guide explains what the document needs and why, with the template ready to edit at the top.

Where it works: Free, no sign-up; Edit in your browser; Print or save as PDF.

## What are these guides and templates?

Each one is a page about a document coaches use, with an editable template at the top. Fill in the fields, print it or save it as a PDF, and hand it to a client or keep it for your business. The guide below the template explains what to include, with worked examples, and when to ask a professional.

- No sign-up and no email asked for
- Fields start with example values you replace
- Nothing you type is saved or sent anywhere
- Print-ready: only the document prints

## Which templates help you work with clients?

Three documents follow a client from the first conversation onwards. The intake form gathers goals, health screening and starting measurements before you write a plan. The weekly check-in form collects progress and questions every week. The diet chart sets out daily targets and meals, with portions in grams or household measures such as a katori.

- **[Weekly check-in form](https://trainaq.com/guides/weekly-check-in-template).** Weight, measurements, training, nutrition, sleep, stress and questions, and how to review it.
- **[Diet chart template](https://trainaq.com/guides/diet-chart-template).** Daily calories and macros, meals with portions in grams or household measures, and notes.

## Which templates help you run the business?

Three documents cover the money side. The GST invoice format shows what an invoice for fitness services in India must carry. The business plan puts your services, clients, costs and a 12-month income plan on one page. The packages and pricing worksheet turns an income goal into prices for monthly coaching, session packs and online plans.

- **[GST invoice format](https://trainaq.com/guides/gst-invoice-format).** The fields the GST rules ask for, 5% for gym, yoga and fitness services since 22 Sep 2025, with the rate and SAC code editable.
- **[Personal training business plan](https://trainaq.com/guides/personal-training-business-plan).** Services, clients, pricing, costs and a 12-month income plan, with worked examples in rupees and dollars.
- **[Packages and pricing](https://trainaq.com/guides/personal-training-packages-pricing).** Monthly coaching, session packs and online plans, with a pricing worksheet to edit and print.

## Why are the templates open, with no sign-up?

Because a template is only useful if you can open it when you need it. There is no email gate, no account and no trial: open the page, edit the fields and print. The template runs in your browser, so nothing you type is stored, sent to Trainaq or used to contact you.

- No sign-up, no email and no download to install
- Every field is editable, and the example values show what goes where
- Print it, or save it as a PDF from your browser’s print dialog
- Nothing is saved: reload the page and the example values come back

## How do you use a template?

Open the guide and work in the template at the top: replace the example values with your own, add or change the wording, then press Print. Only the document prints, without the rest of the page. Keep the printed or PDF copy, because the page forgets your edits as soon as you reload or leave.

- Read the guide under the template for what each part is for
- Check numbers that matter, such as tax rates or calorie targets, with a professional
- Make it yours: your business name, your questions, your prices

## Where else can you look things up for free?

The free calculators work out the numbers many of these documents need, such as maintenance calories, macros, protein and what to charge for personal training. The glossary defines the terms the templates use, from RPE and TDEE to GSTIN and place of supply, and the help pages answer questions about Trainaq itself.

- **[Free calculators](https://trainaq.com/tools).** TDEE, macros, protein, one-rep max, body fat and coaching business tools, with their methods.
- **[Glossary](https://trainaq.com/glossary).** Training, nutrition, health and coaching business terms in plain words.

## How does Trainaq handle the same paperwork?

In Trainaq most of these documents stop being paper. New clients fill in your intake form in their app, weekly check-ins arrive in a queue for review, and every payment issues its own GST invoice or receipt. The templates here are free for anyone, whether or not you use Trainaq.

- An intake form you edit in Trainaq Coach, sent to every new client
- Weekly check-in forms you can change for each client
- Meal plans in grams or household measures that set each client’s calorie and macro targets
- GST invoices with your GSTIN, your SAC code and the rate you set
- Memberships with session allowances for packs and monthly plans

## FAQ

### Do I need to sign up or give my email to use a template?

No. Every template opens on its page with no account, no email and no trial. You edit it in your browser and print it or save it as a PDF. Trainaq makes these templates for coaches, and you don’t need a Trainaq plan or the apps to use them.

### Is anything I type into a template saved or sent?

No. The templates run in your browser and keep nothing: no account, no storage on your device and nothing sent to Trainaq. Reload the page and the fields go back to their example values. To keep your version, print it or save it as a PDF before you leave the page.

### Can I change the templates and use them with my own clients?

Yes. Change any wording, add your business name and use the printed copies with your clients. The guides explain the usual content, but they are not legal, tax or medical advice: check the GST rate and SAC code with your CA, and health questions with a doctor or the official PAR-Q+.
