## Is Trainaq gym management software?

Yes, for small gyms that coach their members rather than only sell access. Trainaq handles memberships and session packs, group classes with capacity and waitlists, PT session booking, trainers with their own clients, and payments. It does not control door access or biometric attendance, and multiple branches are coming soon.

## How do memberships and payments work?

Sell memberships and session packs and record every payment, whether cash, bank transfer or anything else, including part payments, with dues shown at a glance. Online card payments through Stripe are coming soon outside India; in India members already pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay.

## Can my trainers use Trainaq?

Yes. On Pro and up, you add trainers as coach accounts, assign clients to them, and each trainer coaches from their own Trainaq Coach app or the web dashboard. Starter has 1 coach account + 1 assistant, without the trainer role. Custom roles and permissions and reports per trainer are coming soon.

## Which plan fits a gym?

A gym can start on Starter at $10 a month for up to 10 active clients; Pro is $20 a month for up to 50, and Studio is $59 a month for up to 200. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no card needed. Prices are in US dollars; taxes are added where applicable.

## Do members get an app?

Yes, the free Trainaq app for iPhone and Android. Members see their membership, book group classes and 1:1 sessions, pay you and download receipts, and follow the workouts and meal plans their trainer sets. They join with your invite link, so only your members see your gym in the app.
