## What does Trainaq do?

Trainaq is a coaching platform for personal trainers, online coaches, nutritionists and small studios and gyms. You build workouts and nutrition plans, review check-ins, chat with clients and sell memberships, classes and sessions with online payments and GST invoices. Clients follow everything in the free Trainaq app on iPhone and Android.

- **AI program and meal plan drafts (coming soon).** AI drafts a program or meal plan from a client’s intake; nothing reaches the client until you approve it. Pro and Studio.
- **Meal plans in the client app (coming soon).** Clients will see the meal plan you assign in their app. Today they see the calorie and macro targets set from it.
- **WhatsApp Business API (coming soon).** Reminders and messages from your own WhatsApp Business number, as an add-on.
- **Multiple branches (coming soon).** One business with several locations, each with its own classes and members.

## Which plans include which features?

Coaching, nutrition, check-ins, chat, AI food photos, memberships, PT booking, online payments and GST invoices are on every plan. Group classes are on Pro and Studio, and so are Apple Health and Health Connect sync and the team feature. Plans differ by active clients and coach accounts; the pricing page compares every feature.

## FAQ

### Do my clients pay for the app?

No. Clients download Trainaq for free on iPhone or Android and join with your invite link. You pay for your Trainaq plan, which is priced by how many active clients you coach and how many coach accounts you need. Clients only pay you, for your coaching, memberships or sessions.

### Can I use Trainaq on a computer?

Yes. Coaches use Trainaq Coach on iPhone and Android and the web dashboard at app.trainaq.com, which has clients, programs, nutrition, check-ins, messages, the calendar and the business pages. Clients use the Trainaq app on their phone; there is no web version of the client app.

### Does Trainaq work outside India?

Yes. Coaches anywhere use the coaching, nutrition, check-ins, chat, bookings and memberships, with prices in US dollars. Online client payments run through Razorpay for businesses in India today, including international cards from their clients abroad; businesses elsewhere record payments and track dues until online payments arrive for them.

### Is there a free plan?

No. Instead, every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no card is needed, so you can try any plan with your real clients before you pay. If the trial ends without a plan, your business becomes read-only: you and your clients can still see everything, and nothing is deleted.
